• All orders are delivered in a standard United Parcel Service box or regular cardboard shipping box. We use our corporate name of ABT on the shipping label.
• Your charge card statement will show the billing from “ABT” for your purchase.
• There is no indication on the outside of the package as to the content of the order.
• A Packing Slip is included with each order with the name of the purchaser, if you for any reason do not want this enclosed, contact customerservice@altbondagetoys.com and we will withhold the packing slip.
• It is a violation to make a purchase online under a false name or with an invalid credit card, even if our software initially accepts such an order. Fraudulent purchasers will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
• We never, ever sell, rent or distribute our mailing list to any other organizations. The only time your e-mail address is used is to contact you with important information regarding your order.
• We do not do telemarketing via phone. Your phone number is only used to contact you if there is a problem with your order or a problem delivering your package. A valid phone number is required before your order can be shipped, as UPS will not accept it without it.
• All customer information is secure and not publicly accessible by the Internet. Only employees with proper authorization may access your information.
