[Q] When will I receive my order?

[A] Orders are processed M-F excluding holidays. Most orders are shipped within 10 business days, of course Custom products can take longer. If an order contains Custom or Special order goods, the order is held until those items arrive before being shipped. Occasionally 1 item of your order will be backordered; this may delay your order by a few days.

[Q] How is my order shipped?

[A] We ship UPS 2 Day Air as our standard service. The shipping method is based on how we will ship to you once we receive your order from our supplier NOT how long it takes to get to you from the date of order.

[Q] Will UPS leave the package at the door?

[A] Yes and No, depending on your area they might. We ship all orders with a signature required, check with your local UPS Office for their procedures in your area.

[Q] Can I receive UPS at my P.O. Box?

[A] NO, UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO's or FPO's. Other Suggestions for P.O. Boxes: Call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS and check for a UPS office near you. Use that address on shipping info, Ex: Jane Doe C/O UPS, their address. Phone # is required. Have it delivered to your work, boxes are plain with a packing slip from AAP.

[Q] I would like my orders shipped at work, but do not want my co-workers to know what is inside. Is your packaging discrete?

[A] Yes! All packages are shipped in plain UPS boxes. It reads from, AAP. with our address. There are no adult markings on the box.

[Q] What will appear on my Credit Card Statement?

[A] For confidentiality, your Credit Card statement will have a charge under the name of AAP.

[Q] When will my Credit Card be charged?

[A] Your Credit Card will be charged at the time the order is submitted to us, in order to approve your order.

[Q] Can my order be cancelled before it is shipped?

[A] Yes, with the exception of any Custom Made or Special order items on your order, it can be cancelled prior to shipment, there is a 15% Cancellation Fee deducted from the order total. Custom Made and Special Order goods can not be cancelled once we have ordered them for your order. [A] NO, we have never sold our names or ever plan to do so. We respect the privacy of our customers.

[A] At this time we do not take checks or money orders. We accept AMEX, Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards only.

[A] NO! We ONLY ship to a physical address located within the Continental United States.
